Need advice about employment history for skill-based resume?

I’m trying to get work in the tech support industry. However, I haven’t worked in that field in a long time; it’s been 14 years, and only three jobs between 1994 and 1996. Do I include this ancient history in my skill-based resume? My current work experience, while in the tech industry (QA testing), did not include tech support experience, although what I did as far as PC troubleshooting would be applicable to a tech support position.

    Technology changes so fast that the employer needs to have assurance of current skill sets.
    The trick is to align your skill & experience with their job requirements. If you past expereince is relevant…use it.
