Question about calling for a job?

Need some help brain is blocked and not thinking lol so wondering if you would help.

I wanna call this doggy day care job tomorrow because they are looking for people. How do I go about saying I saw them in the paper and was interested in the job?
I just need help with how would I go about saying it soon as they say hello?

Like how is this: Hi this is ashley and I saw your add about a job opening in the paper and I am interested……… then what do i say

what where
job title, keywords or company
city, state or zip jobs by job search

    Good start, then ask them what they can tell you about the position.
    Be prepared to answer any questions they have about you, and tell them why they should hire you.
